CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION:
Once the reservation is made, the DreamKeys team will send you an email with the confirmation of your reservation, which will serve as proof.
CANCELLATION:
If canceled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date, the hotel will not charge. If you cancel or modify later or if you do not show up, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
SUPPLEMENTARY BEDS:
They can accommodate children of all ages. Children under 2 years free in cots always on demand. Older children or adults pay € 32 / night for extra beds. Maximum number of extra beds / cots in the room: 1. Not all rooms allow extra bed. (They allow extra bed: Melon, Guayaba, Rambután and Ananás)
PETS:
We love animals, but, sorry, pets are not allowed.
TRANSFER:
Transfer from the Airport / Dreamkesy or Dreamkeys / Airport. You can manage your transfer to the airport yourself through the following link: https://new.transfersforhotels.com/h/barcelona/dreamkeys-apartments-suites
CHECK-IN: Check-in hours are from 14:00 until 20:00, if your arrival time is later, please contact us to: barcelona@dreamkeys.es
CHECK-OUT: Check-out hours are until 11am.
WI-FI: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the establishment.
PARKING: There is public parking located just behind Dreamkeys. SABA. Address: Travessera de Gracia nº 17 08021 Barcelona. Reservation is required. Price: EUR 23.80 per day. (24h)
IMPORTANT: At this moment we do not have 24 hour reception. Please provide your arrival time by sending an email to barcelona@dreamkeys.es with your arrival date and your name and surname.
